We are excited to inform you that the registration for the 2025 Fall and 2026 Spring terms is quickly approaching! March 7, 2025 is the final date to submit the registration for both single-term and full-year exchanges for the 2025-2026 academic cycle. Please ensure you complete all necessary steps ahead of time to secure your spot for these exchange opportunities.

Year-Long Exchange Opportunities

In addition to the traditional Fall and Spring semester exchanges, they are also accepting nominations for year-long exchange students! This is a fantastic opportunity for students looking to immerse in an extended exchange experience, so don’t miss out on this unique chance to live and study abroad for an entire academic year.

Registration Procedures

Registration Deadline: March 7th, 2025
This deadline applies to both single-term (Fall and Spring) and full-year exchanges for the 2025-2026 academic year. Ensure you follow all instructions carefully and submit your documents well before the cutoff date to avoid any last-minute issues.

  1. CV or Resume
  2. Official Transcript
  3. Motivation Letter
  4. English proficiency certificate (min B2 level or IELTS 6.5)
  5. Recommendation letter from 2 FEB lecturers
