I do believe that taking part in exchange programs is essential for developing critical thinking and building self-resilience. Throughout the entire of my time in the UK, developing a more critical mindset has been the most significant aspect of my self-improvement. This has improved my problem-solving abilities, particularly in academic settings……International experience will be helpful for my application since I have a dream to work for a multinational company. Additionally, some of the courses I did while I was studying in the UK were closely related to business and management, which can complement my study at FEB UGM and benefit my career

Given an opportunity to study as a visiting student at Hanyang University is a precious experience for me…. As a part of international academic exposure, IISMA program is an invaluable opportunity for me not only to gain knowledge and skills but also opportunity to contribute to the development of the community in my country….I’m really interested in building relationships with people from various backgrounds around the world and learn the positive side of their cultures and values to be developed in my country. Moreover, I have learned different perspectives on solving problems and ways to adapt to the changes in the environment which are important for my future career. Therefore, I will recommend my juniors to gain experience and insights while studying abroad by joining the IISMA program.
