We are delighted to share the exciting news about our upcoming annual CBS Summer University, 2025.
It will be their pleasure to welcome students from FEB UGM to participate in the programme at Copenhagen Business School (CBS) during the summer of 2025.
Student application round
- Application round: 28 January 2025 at 12:00 CET – 3 April 2025 at 23:59 CET
Teaching period 2025
- 2-week courses (2.5 ECTS): 23 June – 04 July 2025.
- 3-week courses (7.5 ECTS): 23 June – 10 July 2025.
- 6-week courses (7.5 ECTS): 23 June – 25 July 2025.
The exam period is visible under “Exams” in the menu on cbs.dk/summer.
NB! Students cannot combine a 3-week or 2-week course with any other course type. Only one may be selected. However, students can combine up to two 6-week courses, making 15 ECTS in total.
Course Catalogue
- All courses will be announced during December 2024 on https://www.cbs.dk/en/study/cbs-summer-university/course-offer
- We offer both bachelor and graduate courses within classic business disciplines, but also combined with courses in more diverse disciplines.
Housing
- Accommodation will be offered to all international students.
- Link to the application for housing will be sent to students by email in April.
- Move-in dates: 20 June 2025 at 12:00 noon (CET) at the earliest.
- Move-out date: 3 August 2025 at 12:00 noon (CET) at the latest.
- Housing must be financed by the student.
Arrival service
- There will be arrival and airport pickup arranged.
Social programme
- The social programme will be available to all international students at the CBS Summer University. It includes a welcoming meet-up reception, guided tours of Copenhagen, Danish folk dancing, a cultural day trip somewhere in Denmark, comedy nights, and much more. It is a wonderful opportunity for students to get to know each other, Copenhagen, and Danish culture in general. The social programme for 2025 will be announced in the spring.
Introduction sessions
- 23 June 2025. The official welcome. Students will receive important information about different aspects of CBS Summer, such as studying at CBS, courses, exams, library resources, where to get help, and so on.
