Deadline: March 31, 2025
All nominated students must submit their application documents by the deadline. The required documents are as follows: (send it to outgoing.feb@ugm.ac.id)
- Student Exchange Application Form (must be signed)
- CV (Curriculum Vitae)
- Photocopy of Passport
- High-resolution ID photo (for your student ID at Doshisha)
- Academic Transcripts
- Motivation Letter
- Recommendation Letters (from 2 FEB lecturers)
