To apply for the Fall Semester 2025 exchange program at Woxsen University, students must submit the following documents by September 26, 2025: (send the documents to outgoing.feb@ugm.ac.id)
- Official Transcript – A copy of the student’s academic record.
- Motivation Letter – A personal statement explaining why the student wants to participate in the exchange program and how it fits their academic and career aspirations.
- Recommendation Letters from 2 Lecturers
- CV/Resume – A detailed CV showcasing the student’s academic and extracurricular activities.
- English Certificate – Proof of English proficiency to ensure students can fully engage in the academic environment.
