If you are interested, kindly submit the following documents to outgoing.feb@ugm.ac.id no later than 26 September 2024 at 04.00 PM:
1. Official transcript
2. Motivation letter
3. Recommendation letter (from 2 FEB UGM lecturers)
4. English certificate
5. CV/Resume
You will find below a few dates to consider if you plan to register yourself for the program
Application deadline: end of October
Documents to be provided for the student’s application: identity card/passport, ID photo. The students will have to fill in and sign a few forms and documents to officialise their registration to the university.
Accommodations campaign: mid-November
Course choices campaign: end of November
An add-drop period will be happening a few weeks after the end of the initial course choices campaign.
Semester dates:
Spring semester start: 06/01/2025
Orientation day: 11/01/2025
Spring semester end: 09/05/2025
