Update for International Mobility for Spring 2021

Please find attached the updated information about student mobility from the Vice Rector of UGM and read it carefully and thoroughly.

The mobility can proceed if:
1. Students submit to OIA the “Surat Pernyataan Permohonan Pengajuan Visa dan Ijin Keberangkatan” that we distributed to you and asked you to fill with the email subject ” [Important] Document Required” (sent on November 20, 2020).
2. The host country allows international students to enter their country.
3. The host universities allow international students to come to their country.

Please note that this decision is subject to change. We keep monitoring and observing the situation and condition of the pandemic in Indonesia and in our partner university countries.

We hope this information and the letter attached can be used wisely and as it fits.
