Exchange Program for
Outgoing Students

Introduction

The purpose of the program is to allow students to experience another educational, business and cultural environment as an integrated part of their regular study program in FEB UGM. Students will be treated as regular students with the same freedom and restrictions in choosing courses. At the completion of their studies, both home and host university will provide transcripts or reports on the student’s progress. Students shall pay tuition fees at the home university and shall be exempted from paying them at the host institution.

Eligibility

Active FEB Students

4 Semesters

Completed at least 4 (four) semesters of study at FEB UGM.

Min. 3.00

TOEFL min. 550 / IELTS 6.5​

Important Notes

  1. Fulfill and submit the application form as well as the supporting documents to GREAT Office of FEB UGM <outgoing.feb@ugm.ac.id>.
  2. Students are exempted from paying tuition fee at the host institution but required to pay them at the home institution (UGM). 
  3. Exchange students who want to continue his/her study in the Double Degree Program should return to Universitas Gadjah Mada. Students have to follow the regular process: apply for the Double Degree Program, follow the procedures, and obtain a letter of recommendation from FEB UGM.

The application process is usually done twice a year for fall and spring semester. However, the application for the spring semester is only open if the quota at the host universities is still available.
